We aim to process all orders within 24–48 hours of receiving them. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details (if applicable).
UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK mainland orders.
Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands may incur an additional postage charge due to courier surcharges. If applicable, this will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
European Union
We are pleased to offer shipping across the European Union.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on location.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as courier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather).
If your parcel appears delayed or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at help@hemastonejewellery.co.uk and we’ll assist in locating it.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or full refund as soon as the investigation is complete.
