Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and request a return, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging; we may ask for proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at help@hemastonejewellery.co.uk. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or of you providing proof of postage, if earlier). Items must come back in a resaleable condition; returns showing signs of wear, damage, or excessive handling may receive a reduced refund.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at help@hemastonejewellery.co.uk so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of personalised or custom-made products unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of approval, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition. Returns showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or excessive handling beyond what would reasonably be expected when inspecting the product may be subject to a reduced refund or refusal.
